Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR5A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AATF, RNA5SP412, and CENPO. Each is linked with NR5A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AATF grouped by NR5A2-low versus NR5A2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
