Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR5A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,697 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR5A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic cleavage, Maternal-to-zygotic transition of gene expression, and Exocrine pancreas development. Each is linked with NR5A2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Embryonic cleavage grouped by NR5A2-low versus NR5A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
