NR5A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR5A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH8, OR2T1, and CETN1. Each is linked with NR5A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH8 grouped by NR5A2-low versus NR5A2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
