Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR5A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR5A1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NR5A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR5A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where NR5A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
