Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR5A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,825 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid segregation, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with NR5A1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A1 results are reported.
