NR5A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR5A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR769, RN7SL561P, and OR6N2. Each is linked with NR5A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR769 grouped by NR5A1-low versus NR5A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
