Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR5A1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLP and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with NR5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A1 results are reported.
