Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR5A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,261 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR5A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Heterochromatin formation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NR5A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR5A1 results are reported.
