NR4A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,153 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H13_S473, LMNA_S423, and PCNT_S1653. Each is linked with NR4A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR4A2 versus ZC3H13_S473 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
