NR4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, STAT3_pY705, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NR4A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A2-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by NR4A2-low versus NR4A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
