Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,246 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NVL, CHKB-DT, and NXT2. Each is linked with NR4A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR4A1 versus NVL in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
