Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR3C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,161 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APPL1, RPL5, and RPS2. Each is linked with NR3C2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C2 results are reported.
