Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR3C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,222 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP, GCDH, and TARS1. Each is linked with NR3C2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR3C2 versus CIRBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR3C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR3C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
