Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR3C2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, 4E-BP1, and PCNA. Each is linked with NR3C2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C2 results are reported.
