NR3C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR3C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, OR1J2, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with NR3C2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by NR3C2-low versus NR3C2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR3C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR3C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
