Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR3C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,152 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Cellular response to environmental stimulus, and Cellular response to abiotic stimulus. Each is linked with NR3C1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C1 results are reported.
