Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR2F6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR2F6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NR2F6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR2F6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where NR2F6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
