NR2F2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2F2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,862 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2F2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, HDGFL3, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with NR2F2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2F2-to-partner and partner-to-NR2F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
