Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR2F1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR2F1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NR2F1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR2F1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where NR2F1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
