The most reproducible NR2F1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Protein neddylation, and Negative regulation of muscle hypertrophy. Each is linked with NR2F1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2F1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2F1 results are reported.
