NR2E3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2E3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, PARVG, and GALNT6. Each is linked with NR2E3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2E3-to-partner and partner-to-NR2E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by NR2E3-low versus NR2E3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
