NR2E3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR2E3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,779 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are THSD4, PLEKHH1, and KLHL22. Each is linked with NR2E3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2E3-to-partner and partner-to-NR2E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR2E3 versus THSD4 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
