NR2E1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2E1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 655 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD10, TNRC6B, and FKBP3. Each is linked with NR2E1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2E1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR2E1 versus CARD10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
