NR2E1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2E1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, RPL23AP82, and TRAJ12. Each is linked with NR2E1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2E1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by NR2E1-low versus NR2E1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
