Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR2C2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR2C2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NR2C2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR2C2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where NR2C2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
