Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,869 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR2C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC174, YPEL1, and CRBN. Each is linked with NR2C2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR2C2 versus CCDC174 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
