Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR2C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,903 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with NR2C2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C2 results are reported.
