NR2C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR2C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 647 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, SSX7, and GJA10. Each is linked with NR2C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L10 grouped by NR2C2-low versus NR2C2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
