Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR1I3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR1I3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NR1I3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1I3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, CESC, and HNSC are the cancer types where NR1I3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
