Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR1H3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR1H3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NR1H3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1H3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where NR1H3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
