Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR1H2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR1H2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher NR1H2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1H2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

LSCC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where NR1H2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
