NR1H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,255 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP72, TRIM28_S489, and PPP1R13L. Each is linked with NR1H2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1H2 versus SRP72 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
