NR1H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,316 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP2A1, SCAF1, and PRR12. Each is linked with NR1H2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1H2 versus AP2A1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
