Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,681 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, Cytosolic transport, and Negative regulation of hyaluronan biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NR1H2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H2 results are reported.
