The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NR1D2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where NR1D2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
