Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,437 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with NR1D2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1D2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1D2 results are reported.
