Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR0B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NR0B2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher NR0B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR0B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, SCLC, and CHOL are the cancer types where NR0B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
