NR0B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR0B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,262 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR0B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC39A, UBA6, and VIL1. Each is linked with NR0B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B2-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR0B2 versus TTC39A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
