NR0B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR0B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,507 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR0B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNF1A, SELENBP1, and TOX3. Each is linked with NR0B2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B2-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR0B2 versus HNF1A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
