The most reproducible NR0B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-inhibiting G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition, and Negative regulation of dendritic cell differentiation. Each is linked with NR0B2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B2-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B2 results are reported.
