NR0B1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR0B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR0B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAAM1, GPAT3, and GHITM. Each is linked with NR0B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B1-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR0B1 versus DAAM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
