NR0B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR0B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR0B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NR0B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B1-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by NR0B1-low versus NR0B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
