Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPY1R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPY1R data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NPY1R Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPY1R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ACC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NPY1R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
