Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY1R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,615 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPY1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, CARD10, and LRP5L. Each is linked with NPY1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY1R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPY1R versus ESS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
