NPY1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPY1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, TIGAR, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with NPY1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY1R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by NPY1R-low versus NPY1R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
