Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPY1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,959 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPY1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with NPY1R in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY1R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY1R results are reported.
