Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPY1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPY1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, PRAMEF20, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with NPY1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY1R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by NPY1R-low versus NPY1R-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
