The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher NPW Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPW expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and CHOL are the cancer types where NPW Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
