NPW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPW RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,632 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPW-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAP1, DDX21, and PTPN2_S304. Each is linked with NPW in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPW-to-partner and partner-to-NPW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPW→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
