Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPVF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,521 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPVF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, FHL5, and DNAH7. Each is linked with NPVF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPVF-to-partner and partner-to-NPVF results are reported.
